Feeling comfortable at the gates of the hanseatic city – in the heart of Norderstedt. Close to nature but notheless centrally located you will be able to relish the high living standard and the close proximity to the metropolis Hamburg. With its more than 80,000 inhabitants and an attractive city centre Norderstedt is favoured by all age groups because of its good infrastructure and short distances. Due to its good public transport connections it is the ideal home base for commuters with workplaces in Hamburg.

Norderstedt is integrated in the local transport network of the Hamburg Transportation Authority (HVV). The underground U1 connects Norderstedt with Hamburg and you reach the central station of Hamburg in about 40 minutes. Towards the north you may go by line A2 of the AKN via Henstedt-Ulzburg and Kaltenkirchen as far as Neumünster. But also with your car you will be able to reach Hamburg’s city centre in about 30 minutes. The Schleswig-Holstein capital Kiel can be reached in about 60 Minuten and you need between 60 and 90 minutes to get to the North Sea or the Baltic Sea.

LIVING IN THE WOHNPARK ELCHKAMP. In close proximity the parks invite for jogging, walking and recreation. Along the Moorbek there is the Heidbergpark and the adjacent Moorbekpark. In the east the spacious city park offers not only many footpaths, but also the possibility to refresh in the lido on warm sunny days. Also various golf and tennis facilities are quick to reach. And of course convenience good are also beeing provided. Only a few walking minutes apart there is the busy Ulzburger Straße with a great range of shops and restaurants.
